Notice about the MOU signing that did not sign

To World-Class Standard School directors     According to the MOU signing in each parts of Thailand, some directors did not participate. The Upper Secondary School Bureau would like some school directors mentioned to sign in the witnessed documents with Basic Education Commission on April 19, 2010 at the Upper Secondary School Bureau.
